The ducks are kept free-range on the farm in a natural environment.
The "Ferme au Parc" complies with the "Charte de Qualité des Consommateurs des Producteurs à la Ferme" (Quality Charter for Consumers for Producers at the Farm) as well as the Gers Excellence Charter.
By signing the Gers Excellence Charter, the producers are committed to:
- Propose the best of the Gers by providing products or services identified by official labels or quality charts.
- Guaranty the origin and traceability of the products by insuring a permanent and open control at all stages of their processing.
- Respect the environment by exclusively applying production methods which preserve the natural resources and landscapes, limit pollution and participate to the equilibrium of the territory.
- Provide for the best welcome by being available and showing an open ming in order to share to share with you history and traditions of the Gers.
The ducks are kept during 14 weeks, force-fed during 13 days, slaughtered and processed in our licensed premises.
While respecting the tradition, the Thomas family create the recipes are develop new products with new flavours.
Our different recipes are based on ingredients carefully selected for their taste qualities.
